A. Yes! You can purchase insurance for $1.85. There is a link located at the top of each of the product pages. For orders over $200 please contact sales.
Q. What should I do if my package is missing?
A. Please contact sales (can you make “sales” a link to my email address) with your full name and purchase order number or date. They will check into the matter and get back to you within 2-3 business day. Please note that The Simple Way is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. You have the option of purchasing insurance for $1.85.

Q. What are the delivery expectations?
A. Once an order is placed, it will be processed with 2-3 business days. Delivery time is estimated at 2-9 business days.
Q. What should I do if I placed and order and then noticed that the address was incorrect?
A. We are only able to ship to the address provided by paypal. Please cancel your order and resubmit it with the correct shipping address.
Items are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping time varies and is usually 2 - 4 days for domestic orders and up to a week for international orders.
We hope to build our online store into a venture which can create jobs in our neighborhood. We also want to pay a living wage. That's how we set our prices. You may be able to find these products elsewhere for less and if that's all you can afford, that's fine too. If you can, we hope you'll buy here and invest in our neighborhood.
